2. Counter Notification
If you believe a DMCA notice has been wrongly filed against you, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your name, address, phone number, and electronic signature
- The URL or description of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the local Federal Court and that you accept service of process from the complaining party
Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
Users who are found to repeatedly post or share infringing content may have their access terminated without further notice.
